As One Melody (AOM) is an AOH vocal performance group for 1st and 2nd graders, ages 6-8. Children build friendships & confidence while learning a piece performed with AOH vocal performance groups at the end of the session. As One Melody singers have a blast building fundamental vocal skills such as ear training, solfège, folk songs, musical patterns & rhythm games.
Spring 2025 Schedule: Wednesdays from 3:45-4:25pm, from January 29th-June 11th, 2025
Where: We rehearse at Chalice Unitarian Universalist, Newbury Park (A HUGE thank-you to Chalice for the amazing support!)

We offer a 10% discount for all younger siblings after first older child’s enrollment. Semester dues are $249 for the semester.

Spring Concert: All students will be working towards music for a spring “Cabaret” concert through Chalice, on Friday, June 14 at 7:00
Sunday Performances: We also have monthly performances for Chalice with uplifting, secular song selections. Our first performance for Chalice is 10am, Sunday March 2, when sing “Lean on Me,” by Bill Withers, and “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” from Toy Story.
Other Sunday Performances planned are 10am on 4/6, 5/4 & 6/8, with a performance at Atria Senior Center and Chalice’s “Cabaret”
For friends & siblings, grades 1-8, AOH is proud to support the amazing annual Pizazz Music Camp. AOH founder, Katie Phillipson is excited to again lead the vocal portion of this exciting annual camp, which will run from July 21-25, 2025.
